Send a photo of your fee slip

Lake Circus Girls' High School · For students and guardians

After you pay the fee at the bank, you can send a photo of the sealed paper from here. You do not need to come to school to show it, and no login or password is needed.

  1. Pay the money at the bank. The paper has three parts; the bank will seal and sign the part marked “Student copy” and give it back to you.
  2. Press the button below and hold the QR code (the square picture) or barcode (the row of lines) of that copy in front of the camera.
  3. On the next page, take a photo of the paper and press “Send the photo” — that is all.

Even after sending the photo, keep the paper safe — it is your receipt. The payment is confirmed when the office copy arrives from the bank.

The number is printed just below the barcode. The Student copy number has 01 near the end — Office or Bank copy numbers will not work here.
If nothing works, show the paper to the class teacher or contact the school office; they can also scan it for you.
